What
is your privacy policy?
Customer address details are received on a Comodo
certified SSL Secure
Server. Credit card numbers are entirely processed by Chase and Paypal and not on our website.

I
added an item to the shopping cart, now how can I check out ?
- At any time while shopping the View Cart link in
the top-right corner of the screen may be clicked to complete your
purchase.
How
do I place an order online ?
To place an order online go to the webpage and add
the product desired to our shopping cart.
If that is the only product you are ordering you can proceed to the
checkout by clicking on the checkout button. You will then be asked for
your address information. This information will allow Canada Post,
FedEx or UPS to calculate a customized shipping cost to your location.
At the 2nd step you can review your order.
At the final step you can either
- Click the blue button marked Pay using PAYPAL
or CREDIT CARD to transfer to the PayPal website for payment
- Click
the grey button marked Pay using phone / fax / mail order to print off
your order for sending in a money money order or faxing
The
shopping cart will not work with my computer. What do I do?
- In
order for the Shopping Cart to keep track of your items "cookies" need
to be enabled on your web browser.
To
enable cookies in Internet Explorer do the following: Tools -
Internet Options - Privacy - Set to Medium
To
enable cookies in Firefox do the following: Tools - Options -
Privacy - Cookies - Accept Cookies.
I
don't trust the internet. Can I print out and mail or fax an
order to you ?I
- Step
3 in our new online shopping cart presents the option of either paying
online or printing your order.
Once printed you may fax or mail the order to us.
How
long will it take to ship an order to me ?
- We can generally process orders within 7
business days.
However we are in the surplus business which means products can sell
our very quickly.
Sometimes we are able to locate more stock and sometimes not.

How
much will shipping cost ?
-
Our shopping cart system can calculate shipping costs to most places in
the world if you simply enter your address.
You can choose from Canada Post, UPS or Fedex shipping.
This shipping amount is clearly shown before any payment information is
requested and you may
cancel the order if you are not happy about the
cost.
Note - we can not calculate and
quote shipping costs over the phone.
For large weight orders please
email
your shipping address and products required to our Internet Sales
office to get a shipping price quote.
Do
you accept American Express, Discover or other credit cards ?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Paypal and International Money Orders as payment. If you choose Paypal payment they can process your Discover or
American Express card.
Do
you ship C.O.D. ?
- No, we do not ship C.O.D.
I
don't have a credit card, can I still place an order?
- Yes,
you can send an International Money Orders as payment.
At the 3rd step of the order process you can select to place your order
by "mail order or fax." Simply click this print off the order form and
send it in your international money order.
Who
is responsible if my government charges me taxes or duties ?
- Nobody
likes taxes and government fees. However you are obliged as a
citizen of your country to pay charges
imposed by your government.
Note that it is illegal for us to ship your purchase as a gift.
Why
is the product I received not 100% identical to what is on the website?
-We take great effort in
being sure the product information on our website is 100% accurate when
we add each new product.
However
the reality is that manufacturers change their products from time to
time and there is no way we can predict this with the 1000's of items
we sell.
Therefore this message is
clearly shown on the bottom of each product page ---
"All
manufacturers’ specifications subject to change without notice.

I
would like to save the items in my shopping cart, how do I do this?
To save the items in your
shopping cart you need to
- Add the products to the shopping cart
- In the upper right corner of the screen you
will see the word Login. Click on the link.
- If you are a new user you will have to create
an account, if you already have an account you can login
- After
logging in or creating an account you can then scroll down to cart
administration. Click on the phrase Cart Administration
- You can then choose a name for your saved
shopping cart and the number of days that you wish to save the cart up
to 365 days
- Click on the Save this cart button to complete
this process
How
long have you been in business ?
- We
opened our store in June of 1980, and we started our web site in April
1996.
Why was my credit
card not accepted by the Paypal or Chase payment system ?
- To protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud on the
internet, we use the AVS (address verification system) to match credit
card numbers and security codes with customers.
In
order for Paypal and Chase processing to confirm that you are the authorized
credit card owner the address you provide must EXACTLY match your
credit card billing address.
If you find that your credit card is being rejected by Chase you may
choose to pay as a Paypal guest.
As a Paypal guest you may use Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American
Express.
We
appreciate your help in preventing credit card fraud and promoting safe
internet shopping.
What is the difference
between using Paypal and Chase Paymentech Credit Card payment?

Both Paypal and Chase Paymentech Credit Card payment systems are highly
secure methods of payment.
Payments are processed on Paypal or Chase secure servers so no credit
card information is ever sent to our website.
Safer for both the customer and us!
The difference in these systems is that Paypal payments are processed
immediately and Chase credit card payments
are not processed until the day your order is shipped.
