I added an item to the shopping cart, now how can I check out ?

The shopping cart will not work with my computer.  What do I do?
- In order for the Shopping Cart to keep track of your items "cookies" need to be enabled on your web browser.

How much will shipping cost ?
 - Our shopping cart system can calculate shipping costs to most places in the world if you simply enter your address.   This amount is clearly shown before any payment information is requested. For large weight orders you may  send us a shipping cost request  and we will email a reply as quickly as possible.      Note - we can not calculate and quote shipping costs over the phone.

I do not live in Canada.  How much will Canadian dollars be in my country ?

- We accept only VISA, Mastercard, and International Money Orders as payment.

What is your warranty policy?  How can I return a defective product to you?

- No, we do not accept purchase orders.
  We accept only VISA, Mastercard, and International Money Orders as payment.

I don't have a credit card, can I still place an order?
- Yes, you can send an International Money Orders as payment. At the 3rd step of the order process you can select to place your order by "mail order or fax." Simply click this print off the order form and send it in your international money order.

Who is responsible if my government charges me taxes or duties ?
- You are obliged as a citizen to pay charges imposed by your government.

Why has my order been put on hold ?
- To protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud on the internet, we use the AVS (address verification system) to match credit card numbers and security codes with customers.
Unfortunately, some banks do not provide up to date data for the AVS system.
In cases where we can not get a 100% AVS confirmation, we request that you fax a clear photocopy of both sides of your credit card so that we can verify that you are the true card owner. 
This prevents unauthorized persons from using your card number to place an order. 
Our fax number is  519-451-9341. (faxes are far more secure than email - never email your credit card number to anyone)  Another option you may choose is to print a copy of your order and mail it along with an international money order to our address shown below.
We appreciate your help in preventing credit card fraud and promoting safe internet shopping.

Why don't you use Paypal ?
- The Paypal system is useful for instant payments only.
Our policy is to NOT charge a customer's credit card until the day an order is processed and ready for shipment therefore we do not wish to receive instant payments.
