U.S. customers ordering more than $200.00 US may be required to pay brokerage fees

Orders are usually processed within 7 Business Days.
If there is a delay beyond this time we will send an email message to advise you.

We ship on weekdays - Mondays to Fridays For insurance reasons we require a signature and proof of ID on delivery.

Canada Post is now recommended as the best method for shipping to the USA, and most other countries*.
(less paperwork and faster border crossing time)

We offer both surface and air parcel postal shipping to most world locations. *
Tracking numbers are emailed on the day of shipment so that
customers can check the status of a parcel while in transit.

* Canada Post will not guarantee shipping to high risk countries therefore we unable to ship to these locations.

Please note that we do not control the shipping companies
or the processing speed of the customs officials in your country.
Therefore we can not guarantee shipping delivery dates outside of Canada.

We recommend UPS as the fastest shipping method only for our Canadian customers.
Customers with a rural route or P.O. Box address should choose Canada Post as UPS is unable to deliver to these locations.

Standard UPS delivery time to most locations in
North America = AVERAGE 7 business days or less.
Tracking numbers are emailed on the day of shipment so that
customers can check the status of a parcel while in transit.

U.S. customers are advised NOT to select UPS as the U.S. government requires UPS to provide FCC and
detailed textile manufacturing documents for every product imported.
Therefore it is possible that your order will be held by U.S. customs and will
not reach you. Canada Post does not have this problem.

Orders can now be picked up in our retail store!
As proof of your identity we will require - a printed copy of your order,
photo ID and the actual credit card used to place the order.
