• All Air Soft Guns sold by Forest City Surplus are covered by a 15 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY ONLY
• No refunds or exchanges
• Some Airsoft Guns sold by Forest City Surplus include an orange tip. (as required by U.S. law) If you return one of these Airsoft Guns the orange tip must be attached to the gun in the same condition as it was sold.
• We will only refund shipping costs if we have made a shipping error.
• We will not refund shipping costs for any error made by the customer in choosing the wrong product.
• If a shipping refund is necessary we will refund EXACTLY the amount that we charged you.  We will not refund additional air mail, express or overnight shipping costs.

If you do not follow these simple instructions, your package will not reach us.  It will be stopped by Canada customs and eventually returned to you.
 

• If it is necessary to ship a product to us from the USA, please use Parcel Post and insure the shipment for your protection.
• In Canada you can ship to us via insured Parcel Post or Canpar.
• Do not ship air mail unless you wish to pay the additional expense yourself.

  If you attempt to send a package to us by U.P.S. from the USA, it will be refused at the border and returned to you.
